Cote unseats incumbent Smith
LISBON - Roger Cote defeated incumbent Town Councilor E. Charles Smith 2,348 to 1,795, while incumbent School Committee member Prudence Grant was re-elected, defeating her challenger Herbert "Pete" Reed, 2,213 to 1,887 in the only contests in Tuesday's municipal election.
